I'm kinda curious as to what other types of games people play? As I've stated before, I'm not a big fan of FPS's, but I'll play the odd one here and there. I'm more into RPG's like The Elder Scrolls (close to 350 hours on Skyrim:)) and Kingdom Hearts (can't wait for III), and Strategy games like Age of Empires. Classic games are awesome too, like commander keen (http://store.steampowered.com/app/9180/ on sale now ah nostalgia

I love vidjah gaems. Maybe a bit too much. xD
Racing games, tactical, simulation, rpg, you name it. As of late, when I'm not obsessing over Primal Carnage I'll play Skyrim, X-Comm, Enemy Unknown, Grid 2, Planetside 2, Dayz, Garry's Mod, a bunch of random games. I have an xbox 360 that I play Destiny on from time to time, but PC is best hands down.
Also, good advertising! Commander Keen looks interesting, my inner cheapskate is tempted by the price and nostalgia factor.

The advertising wasn't intentional, but I was looking for the link and noticed it was on sale. It was fun playing it on the old windows systems growing up (windows 95, 98 etc.), and to have it back on steam brings back memories. Because it was a 16-bit game, it works best when the window is a small fraction of the size otherwise its kinda slow in full screen (takes away some of the nostalgia) and hearing the old music is awesome I must say.

I like simulation and tycoon type games. I also enjoy anything that had the ability to play as animals, and games about zombies. And other games sprinkled here and there from other genre's. Dead island, zoo tycoon, rollercoaster tycoon, the sims 3, sim city 2000, wolf quest, red dead redemption, grand theft auto, and other stuff. I'm honestly not a huge gamer I just find games I like sometimes.

My other current interests are in the following - Guild Wars 2 and the upcoming Heart of Thorns expansion
- The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim
- Planetside 2
However, I'm open to playing any other games that are of interest to the group. If you play Guild Wars 2 or Planetside 2, let me know. We can hit up a session some time.

Guild Wars 2 is fun to play with others. Though, I understand that that could be said about a lot of other games, however the core of Guild Wars 2 is teamplay. I could tell you really enjoy the Elder Scrolls series! What makes it so good is that its an open world sandbox-type fantasy RPG game. I don't have that many hours into the game myself, but every hour that I've spent in-game was a great joy. Yes, I have actually played the closed beta of ESO. I personally did not like the way it played on those impressions. I've also heard that, although not required to, the game is only enjoyable if you spend extra money in the in-game shop; I really don't want to spend more to enjoy.

now that its out of beta (and there's no monthly fee) I'm kinda enjoying it. I didn't expect it to be and online skyrim cuz 1. diferent developer, and 2 its an MMO, and it may not be on par with other MMOs like WoW, but to me its decent
I'm always searching for new mods to try out for Skyrim (in fact I was doing it before dinner before I came into the server) I won't go into too much detail but maybe we can chat later on steam.

Haha, I remember guild wars. I played the first one when I was a young teenager, and sort of fell out of it after the first expansion for that.
